SMOK RPM 2 Replacement Coils

SMOK RPM 2 Replacement Coils are the press-fit coils for the SMOK RPM 2 pod system. You can pick a 0.6 ohm DC MTL coil or a 0.23 ohm meshed coil, sold single or as a pack of 5. Prices start from Rs 799, on sale from a regular Rs 1,000.

Which resistance to pick

The two coils do quite different jobs, so choose by how you vape.

DC MTL 0.6 ohm

This is the mouth to lung option, rated for 12W to 25W. It gives a tighter, cigarette style draw and works well with nicotine salt e-liquid. If you moved to the RPM 2 from cigarettes, this is usually the one you want.

Meshed 0.23 ohm

This is the lower resistance, lung hit option. It needs more power and makes much more vapour, so it goes through liquid faster. Pair it with freebase e-liquid at 3mg or 6mg. A strong salt at this power is far too harsh for most people.

Fitting and making them last

Press the coil into the pod until it seats. Before the first fill, drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the exposed cotton. Fill the pod and leave it for 5 minutes, then start at the low end of the wattage range. A dry first puff is the most common way a new coil gets burnt.
