These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Best Vape Mart. By ordering from us you agree to them.

1. Age requirement

Our products contain nicotine and are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may cancel any order where we cannot confirm this.

2. Products

We sell 100% genuine products. Photos are for illustration; packaging and colours may vary as brands update their designs. Availability can change without notice.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices can change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

After you place an order we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if an item is out of stock or the order cannot be verified.

5. Payment and delivery

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan for a flat Rs 350, usually within 2 to 4 working days, with cash on delivery. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as we are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

6. Replacements

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it or make it right. For hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns of used e-liquids, pods or disposables simply due to a change of mind.

7. Health notice

Nicotine is an addictive substance. Our products are not suitable for non-smokers, anyone under 18, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website belongs to Best Vape Mart or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

9. Liability

We describe products as accurately as we can. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
