The SMOK RPM 3 Meshed Coil is a replacement mesh coil for the SMOK RPM 5 and RPM 5 Pro kits, made for direct lung vaping. It is out of stock right now. It is listed at Rs 799 (regular Rs 1,000), as a single coil or a pack of 5.
0.15 ohm or 0.23 ohm
There are two resistances, and they behave differently:
- 0.15 ohm, 40W to 80W. The higher power option. More vapour and a warmer puff, but it uses liquid faster.
- 0.23 ohm, 20W to 45W. Lower power, so the battery lasts longer and liquid goes further. A good default if you are not sure.
Both are mesh coils for direct lung draws, so they suit freebase e-liquid at 3mg or 6mg. Do not use strong nicotine salts at these powers.

Fitting a new coil
Pull the old coil out of the pod and press the new one in until it sits firmly. Drip a few drops of liquid onto the cotton, fill the pod and wait about 5 minutes. Start at the low end of the wattage range and turn it up slowly. Starting too high on a dry or half-soaked coil is the most common way to burn it on day one.
Not sure if your coil is done? Our coil replacement guide lists the signs, and the vape coil guide covers mesh and resistance in more detail.
