Customers frequently asked when they receive their orders.
An estimated day of shipment is specified when placing the order. The same delivery time will also be noted on the order confirmation after the order has been placed. Therefore, it is never feasible for the shipping day during the order to be different from the day indicated on the order confirmation.
For longer delivery time, How do they cancel the order?
It is of course possible to cancel an order if the delivery period is greater than you had anticipated. You can immediately talk with our customer support about this. They’ll do everything for you and cancel the order. Within two working days, the purchase money will be returned to your bank account. Only Order cancellation is not possible once it has been dispatched.
When they receive the invoice for the order?
You won’t automatically get an invoice for your order once you’ve paid for it. You have an option for getting your invoice. Just use your account at our shop. You may view your orders and get the invoice when you log in to your account.
