VOOPOO VMATE MAX POD KIT 1200 mAh

The Voopoo VMATE Max Pod Kit is a refillable pod device with a 1200mAh battery and 5 to 30W of output. It suits new vapers who want something easy to fill and regular vapers who want a few power options. It is Rs 7,499 at Best Vape Mart, on sale from the regular Rs 8,500.

What it is like to use

The cartridge fills from the top, so you do not have to pull it out to add e-liquid. It snaps in with a click and sits firmly without wobbling. Two cartridges come in the box: 0.4 ohm for denser vapour and a stronger hit, and 0.7 ohm for a tighter, lighter draw.

There are two ways to set power. Power Mode lets you pick the exact wattage. Shift Mode gives three presets: SPT for full flavour, NOR for everyday use, and ECO for lower power and less e-liquid use. A screen hidden under the surface shows your settings, and a dual RGB light bar sits on the body.

The zinc alloy body weighs 79g. It has seven protections: overtime, over-temperature, overcharge, output over-current, low battery, short circuit and max power.

Which cartridge to use

Use the 0.7 ohm cartridge with nicotine salts for a cigarette-style draw at lower power. Use the 0.4 ohm cartridge at higher wattage, where lower nicotine freebase such as 3mg or 6mg works better. For spares we stock Voopoo Vmate V2 Replacement Pods. Fill a new cartridge and wait 5 minutes before vaping so the coil soaks. Our vape coil guide explains resistance in more detail.
