0.6ohm or 1.0ohm: which pod to choose

The 0.6ohm pod uses Kumiho’s cotton layout, which wicks quickly, and it gives the stronger flavour of the two. Pick it if you like a looser, restricted lung draw. The 1.0ohm pod gives a tighter mouth-to-lung draw, closer to a cigarette, and it gets more puffs out of each charge. If you are not sure, start with the 1.0ohm. Most people coming from cigarettes find the tighter draw familiar.

Filling and airflow tips

After filling, wait 5 minutes before the first puff so the cotton is fully wet. Skipping this is the most common reason a new pod tastes burnt on day one. Use the airflow ring on the Model V: keep it closed for MTL, and open it up for a looser draw with the 0.6ohm pod. The Model V runs at 11W to 18W, so the 1.0ohm pod sits well at the lower end and the 0.6ohm pod near the top.
