The Uwell Gabriel XA10000 is a refillable disposable vape: it comes prefilled with 2.0ml of e-liquid, and when that runs out you can top it up with your own. It is out of stock right now. It was listed at Rs 1,799, down from Rs 3,000, and suits people who like the simplicity of a disposable but want to choose their own flavour.
How a refillable disposable works
A normal disposable is thrown away once its liquid is used up. The Gabriel lets you refill it, so you keep using the same device as long as the coil holds up. It uses a 1.0ohm mesh coil, which heats the liquid evenly for a smooth, steady draw. You fill it, and you vape.
The shape is compact and light, so it fits easily in a pocket or bag.
Specs
- Type: refillable disposable
- Prefilled capacity: 2.0ml
- Coil: 1.0ohm mesh
- Refill: yes, with your own e-liquid
Which liquid to refill with
A 1.0ohm coil runs at low power, so nicotine salts are the right choice. Freebase liquid at low strength will feel weak in a device like this. Lighter fruit and menthol liquids tend to keep a coil clean for longer than very sweet ones. After you refill, wait 5 minutes before the next puff so the coil can soak up fresh liquid. When the taste turns burnt even with liquid inside, the coil is worn out and the device has reached its end.
