Original INVC Palace S Pod Mod Starter Kits

The INVC Palace S Pod Mod is a refillable kit with a 1400mAh built-in battery, a 4ml pod and an adjustable 1 to 40W output. It suits vapers who want one device that can do both tight mouth-to-lung and looser direct-lung draws. It is on sale at Rs 4,499, down from the regular Rs 6,999.

What the Palace S is like to use

The body is aluminium alloy with a Reuleaux triangle cut, so it has a geometric, faceted shape instead of a plain box. It weighs 49.5g, which is light for a device with a 4ml pod. That pod size matters day to day: most compact pod kits hold far less, so you refill less often.

Two mesh coils come in the box. The 1.0ohm coil is for mouth-to-lung, with a tighter pull and lower power. The 0.3ohm coil is for direct-to-lung, with a looser pull and more vapour at higher wattage. You also get two drip tips, one marked MTL and one marked TL, so you can match the mouthpiece to the coil you are running.

It charges over USB-C and takes about 1 hour to fill the battery.

Which coil and liquid to use

If you are coming from a disposable or a small pod, start with the 1.0ohm coil, the MTL tip and nicotine salt at low wattage. If you want bigger clouds, fit the 0.3ohm coil and the TL tip and use freebase liquid at 3mg or 6mg. High strength salts in a 0.3ohm coil will be too harsh for most people. Our vape coil guide explains resistance and wattage in more detail.

With a new coil, fill the pod and wait about 5 minutes before the first puff so the cotton soaks through. Then start low on the wattage and step up until the flavour is right.
