Compatibility

Freemax makes this pod for the Freemax Maxpod Circle, the round 550mAh pod device. That is the only device Freemax lists it for. It is not the pod for the original Freemax Maxpod, which uses a separate press-fit coil (see Freemax Maxpod replacement coils). It does not fit Rexa or Galex devices either: those need the Freemax Rexa pods or Freemax Galex V2 pods. More on the Freemax brand page and in our Freemax price guide.

Who It Suits

At 1.5 ohm and 10W this is a tight, cigarette style draw with small vapour. Freemax rates the coil best for nic salt at 20 to 50mg and freebase at 3 to 18mg, so it works well with a nicotine salt e-liquid such as HeroPuff Honey Peach. Freemax quotes around 200 puffs per fill and 6 to 8 refills per pod.

• Fill through the side plug and wait 5 minutes before the first puff.
• Replace the pod when the taste turns dry or burnt. Our guide on how often to change a vape coil lists the signs.
