OXBAR Passion Fruit

OXBAR Passion Fruit Nic Salt is a 55mg nicotine salt e-liquid made for pod systems. It suits people who smoked before or anyone who wants a firm nicotine hit from a small device. It is on sale at Rs 2,499, down from the regular Rs 3,200.

How it tastes

This is passion fruit on its own, the way the fruit tastes when it is fully ripe. You get a sharp, tangy bite first, then a fragrant sweetness behind it. There is no ice in it and no second fruit mixed in, so what you taste is one clear flavour from start to finish.

If you like sour sweets or the tang of fresh fruit, this is the OXBAR flavour to try. If you want something softer, the watermelon in the same range is milder.

Is 55mg right for you?

55mg is a strong salt. It suits someone who smoked a pack a day and wants a similar hit. If you are new to vaping and never smoked much, it can feel too strong, so take short, gentle puffs at first. Salts belong in pods and low-wattage devices. Do not put this liquid in a high-wattage sub-ohm tank, as the hit will be far too harsh.

Tips for a new pod

• After filling a fresh pod, wait about 5 minutes so the coil soaks before your first puff.
• Keep the bottle away from sun and heat.
• Tangy fruit flavours taste brightest on a fresh coil, so change pods or coils when the taste goes flat.
