Black Note Latakia 60ML

Black Note Latakia 60ml is a smoky, peppery tobacco e-liquid made in Italy, listed at Rs 3,999 (regular Rs 5,000). It is out of stock right now. It suits vapers who want a real tobacco taste instead of a sweet fruit or dessert flavour.

What Latakia tastes like

Latakia is a Syrian style of tobacco. The leaf is sun-cured first and then smoke-cured over fires. Black Note names Valonia oak, Aleppo pine, Lebanon cedar, Greek juniper and local herbs as the fuel. That smoke curing is where the flavour comes from: rich, smoky and peppery.

Black Note says this liquid is made using real tobacco leaves, with no artificial flavours and no sweeteners. So expect a dry, savoury tobacco, not a sugary one. In Black Note’s own range this blend also goes by the name Quartet.

Specs

• Flavour: Latakia tobacco
• Bottle: 60ml chubby gorilla bottle
• Cap: child resistant
• Ratio: 70% VG / 30% PG
• Nicotine: 3mg, 6mg, 12mg or 18mg
• Made in: Italy

Choosing a nicotine strength

At 70% VG this is a thicker liquid that suits tanks with bigger wicking holes. 3mg and 6mg are the usual picks for a sub-ohm tank at higher wattage, where you take a lot of vapour per puff. 12mg and 18mg are strong for a standard liquid and sit better in a mouth to lung setup with a tighter draw and lower power. If you came from cigarettes and find 3mg too light, step up one level rather than jumping to the top.

Looking after the bottle

Store it with the cap closed, away from sun and heat. Give the bottle a shake before you fill. After filling, wait about 5 minutes before vaping so a thick 70% VG liquid has time to soak the cotton.
