FreeMax Galex Cartridge, 2 ml

The FreeMax Galex Cartridge is an empty 2ml replacement pod for the FreeMax Galex, Galex Pro and Galex Nano. It suits Galex owners whose pod is cracked, stained or worn out. Prices start from Rs 800 for a single cartridge, and you can also choose a pack of 2.

How the cartridge works

The coil is not built in. You press a FreeMax GX or GX-P mesh coil into the cartridge, so when the taste fades you only change the coil and keep the pod. The pod holds on with magnets. To fill it, you lift the mouthpiece cover and fill from the top.

The draw ranges from MTL to RDL depending on the coil you fit. The cartridge is child-proof (ISO 8317 certified) and has a leak-proof design. It comes empty, with no pre-filled liquid.

Single or pack of 2?

A single cartridge at Rs 800 is fine if one pod has cracked and you need a quick replacement. If you vape every day, the pack of 2 means you always have a clean spare ready, or you can keep two flavours in separate pods.

Have a Galex V2? Check the Freemax Galex V2 replacement pods (Rs 800) instead, which are listed for that model. Our FreeMax price guide lists the other devices and parts, and the FreeMax brand page shows what is in stock.

Tips when you change a pod

• Move your coil across or fit a new GX coil. Prime a new coil with a few drops of liquid first.
• Fill the pod and wait about 5 minutes before vaping.
• Wipe the magnetic contacts on the device if the pod stops firing.

The coil change guide explains when a GX coil is finished.
